About
We give IR teams the infrastructure to engage at scale — without losing the human touch.
OpenIR was founded in 2025 by Alexandre Bouvier and Mathieu Ripert, with teams in Paris and London. We came to the same problem from opposite sides of the market — public equities and large-scale technology — and kept hitting the same wall: investor dialogue has been swallowed by terminals, feeds, and intermediaries. A wave of IR software promised to help, but most tools added another layer between companies and the investors trying to understand them.
We built OpenIR to put IR teams back in control. The platform lets a small IR team handle the quarterly volume of a much larger one — hundreds of investor Q&As, dozens of meetings, full earnings prep — without giving up judgment, voice, or compliance. Every answer is grounded in the client's own disclosures. Every edit teaches the system the team's voice. Every interaction stays auditable.
We call it the Centaur Model: human judgment paired with intelligent technology. The rest of the argument is in our manifesto.
